Baker Micro-transit LYNX by CATS

LYNX by CATS is the smartest, easiest way to get around Baker.

As of June 2023, we’ve provided more than 50,000 rides to Baker residents since we started the LYNX program!

How it works

• You can request a shared ride exactly when you need it, by using a mobile app or by calling in.
• Book your ride quickly and easily, and get picked up in a clearly marked vehicle.
• Go to work, run errands, and get just about around Baker- all without needing a car.

Pricing
• Typical ride is $1.75 per trip.
• Add extra passengers to your trip for $0.35 each.
• Seniors over 62 and youth (5-18 years old) ride for $0.35 per ride.
• Passengers in wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAV) – $0.35 per ride.
• University students with a valid school ID ride for free!
• Children (under 5) – free * Must be accompanied by a guardian.

Service hours
• Monday-Friday: 5am-9pm.
• Saturday: 6am-8:30pm.
