• Facility Maintenance and Repairs
Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs across all city-owned buildings, ensuring safety, accessibility, and operational readiness.
• Custodial Services
Provide daily cleaning and sanitation for municipal offices, public restrooms, and community-use facilities, promoting health standards and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Groundskeeping and Beautification
Manage landscaping, lawn care, tree trimming, and seasonal plantings across parks, medians, and civic spaces to enhance curb appeal and environmental stewardship.
• Event Support and Site Logistics
Coordinate setup, breakdown, and on-site support for city-sponsored events, including festivals, ceremonies, and public meetings—ensuring spaces are prepared, functional, and inviting.
• Infrastructure Oversight
Monitor and maintain sidewalks, signage, fencing, lighting, and other structural elements that contribute to public safety and city aesthetics.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration
