Gas Meter Application

Please complete the form below to start the Gas Meter Installation process.  For your reference, the steps of this process are listed for your review.  The City of Baker reserves the right to modify the process at any time.

(1) Customer submits Gas Meter Installation Application via website.

(2) City of Baker staff will perform a Meter Change Validity check.  If valid Contractor/Builder will be notified.

(3) Contractor/Builder will complete BTU Assessment.  The assessment will be electronically sent to the Contractor/Builder to complete and return.

(4) City of Baker staff will schedule and perform the installation or replacement of the gas meter.

    Contractor/Builder Information

    Please provide your contractor/builder name so we can contact them about performing the BTU Rating Assessment. Once your property has passed a meter change validity check they will be sent the BTU Rating report to complete and return to City of Baker Public Works Department.
